We are a non-profit theatre company creating shows for and with young people.  We create new works, while celebrating the classics of musical theater.
Our motto is "Empathy, excellence, and a little insanity".
We are a flying organization that will rehearse, teach and perform in various locations until we land in our own space...

SCOTT FRAZIER-MASKIELL:
FOUNDER + ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

As the beating heart behind Pegasus Playhouse, Scott Frazier-Maskiell brings the program to life as director, teacher, choreographer, designer and baker of all things “Peggle”. From the whisper of an idea to the execution of a full stage production, Scott guides the company into the harmonious chaos that makes a show. Born and raised in NY, Scott had his start from a young age training invoice, dance, improv and acting with many great (and a few legendary) teachers.
Scott performed in countless shows for several theatre companies in New York, including teaching and directing at USDAN Center For The Performing Arts. Scott has also performed with Manhattan Class Company and Theatreworks USA, both off-Broadway and with national tours. This professional career cultivated a love of working with youth of all ages and creating original works which he has brought to stages all around Eugene. Scott can be seen performing locally with various theaters in town in addition to Pegasus and believes it inspires creativity
in himself and his students. To first empathize with others, reflecting a mirror to humanity, then truly pursue excellence in the craft (even in comedy) and let the insanity creep in for good measure, brings genuine meaning into Scott’s work and relationships with the young actors of Pegasus Playhouse.

HAILEY HENDERSON
Hailey Henderson grew up in the magical red rock canyon country of Moab, Utah. Two park rangers raised her, so her love for performing began with howling at the moon and storytelling around the campfire. With a bit of red dirt ground into her small-town soul, she left Moab to study theater in the screaming metropolis of Salt Lake City, where she earned her BFA in Performing Arts at Westminster College. After graduating she toured with Salt Lake City’s Classical Greek Theatre Festival for two seasons and later moved to Oregon where she worked for over five different theatre companies. In 2017, she moved to Seattle to attend the Professional Actor Training Program at the University of Washington, where she earned her MFA in Acting. Hailey has performed professionally with theatres in Seattle, Portland, Eugene, Salt Lake City, Denver and Buenos Aires. She loves devising her own work and feels deeply passionate about spreading empathy through storytelling. Her one-woman show entitled, Blackout, debuted at the Great Salt Lake Fringe Festival in 2020 earning “Fringe Pick”, and toured the West Coast in summer 2021.
